How can something no one consciously notices shape the entire stay?
From Michelin-starred kitchens to family-run hotels
Hoteliers work with water every single day — which is why they notice a difference before anyone else. A few establishments that have relied on water revitalization for years, each with a short film:

Watch the filmThe research, summed up in two minutes each
Not in the mood for technical papers? We understand. These two explainer films show you the key findings — short, clear and completely free of formulas. Both studies were carried out by independent research teams, peer-reviewed and published in scientific journals. That is how a claim gets tested in science.
Study 2016
The study "Strong Gradients in Weak Magnetic Fields Induce DOLLOP Formation in Tap Water" by the Applied Water Physics research group at Wetsus, the European centre of excellence for sustainable water technology, shows that the treatment causes tiny limescale nanoparticles — so-called DOLLOPs — to form in the water. The limescale crystallizes while still in the water and is simply rinsed out, instead of settling on pipes and appliances. Demonstrated with three independent measurement methods.

Study 2022
This study examined the natural microbial communities in drinking water: the beneficial natural microflora is strengthened, leaving unwanted bacteria less room to establish themselves. Carried out by scientists from six European universities and published in the journal Environmental Research.

Three honest answers to three fair questions
A lot is claimed about GRANDER water, from all sides. We believe healthy scepticism is exactly the right attitude. So we will not beat about the bush — we will answer the three questions almost everyone asks. Then you decide for yourself.
The most important question — and we won't dodge it. Yes, water revitalization is controversial, and you will find criticism online too. We know that, and we take it seriously. Our answer isn't claims but research: together with Wetsus, the European centre of excellence for sustainable water technology, two studies were produced that independent peer-reviewed journals examined and published. In 2016, three independent measurement methods showed that treated water differs measurably from untreated water. In 2022, a team from six European universities demonstrated that the natural microbiology in treated water remains more stable. We don't promise miracles — we show what was measured. And we warmly invite you to read the studies yourself.

The short answer: yes. The water revitalizer works by purely physical means — no chemicals, no additives, no filters. What comes out of the tap is still the same tested tap water, meeting the same strict drinking water standards that apply right across the United Kingdom. But safe doesn't mean ineffective. On the contrary — inside the device something very precise is going on:

Yes — a great many guests notice it and mention it unprompted. Tap water that tastes softer and fresher, as if straight from the spring. A pleasant feeling on skin and hair after showering. Mild, gentle pool water. And in the kitchen, coffee, tea and dishes are made with revitalized water, and you can taste it. Over 10,000 hotels and restaurants worldwide work with it, many of them for decades — businesses that would not keep doing so if their guests noticed no difference. In the end, your own impression is what counts: try it yourself. Your own glass of water is the most honest test.
Revitalized water is more than a feel-good factor. It works with you every day — in the kitchen, in the plant room, in the pool and in your operating costs.
Six reasons that pay off day after day
Your guests taste and feel the difference. But revitalized water also works where no one is looking: in the dishwashing area, in the boiler room, in the spa. Hoteliers and restaurateurs tell us this again and again:
Revitalized water dissolves detergents more readily. Consumption of detergents and cleaning agents drops noticeably — good for your budget, your waste water and the environment.
Less limescale and dirt build-up means fewer cleaning hours — in the bathrooms, in the kitchen and everywhere water leaves its daily traces.
Dishwasher, combi steamer, boiler, pipes: less limescale and corrosion means a longer service life, less maintenance and fewer unplanned repairs.
In the pool and spa you save water, energy and chemicals, and cleaning gets easier. And the bathing water feels velvety soft.
Revitalized tap water freshly poured instead of single-use bottles: less plastic, less transport, less storage space. And the water you serve becomes something guests talk about.
GRANDER water is a real unique selling point: an image boost, stronger guest loyalty and a talking point your guests share back home.
A win-win-win situation: for your guests, for your business and for nature. We would be glad to work out with you what that means in practice.

Saving energy where no guest ever looks
Rust, limescale and sludge turn heating water brown and sluggish: pipes and underfloor heating slowly clog up, heat exchangers lose performance, energy consumption rises year after year. The GRANDER circulation revitalizer gives the heating water back its self-cleaning power. Within a few months the water runs clear again and the system works noticeably more efficiently.
"Installing the GRANDER system was an absolutely worthwhile investment for the heating system. It saved the owners quite a bit of money and stress."
Property management, Wigger residential complex · Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany · 158 residential units, heating circuit revitalized since 2007
And the circulation revitalizer pays off anywhere water is circulated — including the pool and spa.
Your guests remember moments: the glass of fresh water after arrival, the morning shower, the evening bath. GRANDER gives those moments the feel of fresh spring water and untouched nature. Quietly, reliably and for decades.
Water revitalization from Tyrol, since 1979
Not an anonymous corporation, but a second-generation Tyrolean family. GRANDER comes from Jochberg near Kitzbühel, right by its own Stephanie spring in the Kupferplatte copper mine. There, the researcher and inventor Johann Grander developed water revitalization over 45 years ago: a physical process intended to return tap water to its natural, finely structured state — the way it once came from the spring.
This family has put its name on every device. That's a promise no anonymous product can make.
